Q. How do I change the pick up location for a reserve?


  • If you just placed the reserve, cancel the reserve and place it again with the new location. 

  • If it has been a while since you've placed the reserve and you don't want to lose your place in line, call the branch. We can change the location if the item is not yet available. Here are our branches and hours.

  • If the reserve is already available and ready for pick up, call the library location where it is being held and request that we transfer the item. Here are our branches and hours.
